The Udhampur Rotary Eye and General Welfare Foundation works in following activities:

We work closely with all stakeholders in the rural area to help the people hailing from underprivileged communities to have equitable access
The continuous degradation of the fragile mountain ecosystem is a major concern. Pressure of population, unsustainable usage of natural resources
The organization conducts awareness activities on HIV/AIDS through community meetings, street plays, folk shows, etc.
Lack of employability among the working age population is one of the major reasons for lack of development of the communities we are working
One of our core focus areas is to enhance access to quality skill training to adolescents and youth from underprivileged communities
We believe that empowering women can be the key to bring about sustainable social transformation. It has been working for the empowerment of women
